Peter Macon

Peter Macon can now be seen starring opposite Seth MacFarlane in THE ORVILLE on FOX. Prior to that, he recurred on SHAMELESS, BOSCH, and starred in the SyFy movie, High Moon. Peter made Theatrical History by being the first Actor in 110 years to play Othello at the Abbey Theatre ,The National Theatre of Ireland. His other Theatre credits include Drowning Crow (Biltmore Theatre, Broadway, Twilight L.A. 1992 (Lincoln Center), Othello, Oedipus the King, Blue Orange and Dream on Monkey Mountain (Guthrie Theater), Othello, Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing, Death and the Kings Horseman, Troilus and Cressida, Party People, Throne of Blood, To Kill A Mockingbird, and The African Company Presents Richard the Third (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Titus Andronicus, Helen Hayes Nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor 2008 (Shakespeare Theatre Company),Happy End (American Conservatory Theatre), King John (Shakespeare and Company, Miss Julie, Medea Macbeth Cinderella (Yale Repertory Theatre), Fences (Theatreworks), King Headley II (Portland Playhouse), Medea, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Tempest, The Merchant of Venice ( California Shakespeare Festival, Macbeth, Ghostlight (Berkeley Repertory Theatre). Peter received a M.F.A from the Yale School of Drama.
