D.J. Kirkbride & Douglas Gauthier
Appearing Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
D.J. Kirkbride got his start in comics as an editor and writer on the Eisner and Harvey Award-winning POPGUN anthologies. He co-wrote the fantasy series AMELIA COLE, a modern reimagining of the King Arthur legend called THE ONCE AND FUTURE QUEEN, and the superhero drama NEVER ENDING. He’s the writer of the cosmic space opera THE BIGGER BANG and its sequel, THE BIGGEST BANG. His latest comics work is the sci-fi misadventure ERRAND BOYS.
He is often seen at comic conventions with noted raconteur Douglas Gauthier (aka, heysoupface), a self-taught artist who has been making comic zines and toys since childhood. His comics tend to be sad, but in a funny kind of way
