Jose Pimienta is a Latinx cartoonist who mostly makes comics about Mexicans and coming of age. They have worked with Random House Graphic, Dark Horse Comics, Viking Press, Candlewick Press, Iron Circus Comics and have also self-published. Jose has also been a storyboard artist for several production companies and loves to do life drawing. Their books Suncatcher and Twin Cities have been on numerous "Top books of the year" and have received critical acclaim from multiple reviewers.
