Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or Soho Live, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, and ends on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or tagging fake/inactive accounts may result in disqualification.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Death Stranding: Strands of Harmony live in concert in Los Angeles on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 8:00 PM at the Dolby Theatre. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unclaimed tickets.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from @comicconla shortly after the contest closes. Winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner may be selected.
Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Instagram, Comikaze Entertainment, Inc., and Soho Live from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
