Friday, December 3rd: 6:00am – 2:00pm.

ARTIST ALLEY & SMALL PRESS TARGET MOVE-IN:
Friday, December 3rd: 8:00am – 2:00pm

WEST HALL BOOTHS TARGET MOVE IN:
Friday, December 3rd: 6:00am – 2:00pm

All booths and tables must be set up by 3:00pm on Friday, December 3rd.

  1. Where do I order electricity?
    FREEMAN ONLINE
  2. Where is oversize parking?
    Oversized vehicle parking is in the Security Lot. About 25 trucks can fit (first come first served basis). This is the first lot by Pico and Convention Center Drive, across from Security Command Center on the corner. Exhibitors will need to go to the Parking Office to pay. It’s $20 per space and $25 additional for overnight. Price is based on number of spaces each truck occupies. This is a daily charge. Call the parking office for more information: 213-765-4454.
  3. Where do I pick up my badge?

    Exhibitor badges will be under the key contact’s name and the exhibiting company at the Exhibitor Registration Counter in the South Hall Lobby.Upon arrival, exhibitors will go straight to the Exhibitor Registration Counter in the South Hall Lobby to pick up badges.

  4. Can I buy additional vendor badges? 
    Yes, you can purchase additional badges, you can do so on-site for $50/badge. We will not offer a pre-purchase option before the show.
  5. How do I get Wifi?
    Instructions HERE.
  6. Can I bring a vehicle to display in my booth?
    Yes, with less than ¼ tank gas and no battery connected to engine. Please let us know ahead of time. There are some limitations.
