Neil Newbon is an award-winning actor and director with over 14 years of experience in performance capture and voiceover across more than 130 titles in games, television, and film. His extensive international client list includes industry leaders such as Ubisoft, Sony, Square Enix, Capcom, Larian Studios, Bethesda, EA, Guerrilla Games, and many more.
He recently served as Voice and Performance Director on the critically acclaimed Baldur’s Gate 3. Other recent credits include Deliver Us Mars, the Borderlands 3: Happy Together trailer, and Total War: Three Kingdoms, along with several unannounced AAA game and film projects.
In addition to his acting and directing work, Neil is the founder of Performance Captured Academy, where he mentors new performers, developers, and directors in full performance for games. He also serves as a Performance Director and Producer through his company, Performance Captured Productions, which specializes in consulting, directing, casting, and coordinating performance capture shoots worldwide.
His production credits include collaborations with Square Enix on Final Fantasy XVI, Larian Studios on Baldur’s Gate 3, Cloud Imperium’s IAE2951/2 for Star Citizen, and an upcoming animated film with Capcom, among many others.
