Guitar Hero High Score Tournament Rules

Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Time: 9:00 PM
Pre-Registration Required: Open until 7:30 PM or until participant cap is reached

Format:

  • This is a high score tournament — not a head-to-head competition.

  • Each participant gets one attempt to earn their highest score.

  • Songs will be randomly selected for each player. No repeats.

  • All players will compete on the same difficulty level (default is Medium unless otherwise specified).

Registration & Participation:

  • Pre-registration is required and closes at 8:00 PM or when the signup limit is reached, whichever comes first.

  • Participants must be present when the number on their wristband is called.

  • Players will be called in order. If you miss your turn, you forfeit your entry.

  • No second attempts. Your first score is final.

  • Scores will be recorded and tracked by tournament staff.

Tiebreakers and Final Four:

  • In the event of a tie, tied players will each perform one additional randomly selected song to determine placement.

  • Final Four top high scores will compete in small bracket format until champion is named.

Prizes:

  • The top three high scorers by 9:00 PM will be awarded prizes.
